This Drury project delivered a large-format pet food manufacturing facility with approximately 15,000 m2 of total floor area across three levels.
The building was delivered on Bill Stevenson Drive from 2022 to May 2024, requiring practical coordination of industrial structure, services, site access and handover standards for a modern food production environment.
