The conversion of existing industrial space at 11 Dalgety Drive for aluminium manufacturing, with OCL participating in the factory conversion works.
11 Dalgety Drive is a large established industrial property in Wiri. Public property information records approximately 14,208 m2 of buildings on a 3.9188-hectare site, with extensive road frontage, multiple vehicle crossings and a mix of industrial tenancies.
The project involved converting part of the existing facility to support aluminium manufacturing. The retained warehouse form provided the scale required for production activity while the conversion prepared the space for its new operational use.
ORIENT CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (OCL) participated in the old-factory conversion, undertaking construction work within the existing industrial building and coordinating the conversion around the site’s established structure and access conditions.
