Extending an active production site.
This 2,500 m² second-stage extension adds purpose-built space to the pet food manufacturing development on Bill Stevenson Drive in Drury. Construction began in October 2025 and is progressing alongside the established industrial operation.
OCL is the Main Contractor, managing the construction programme, site delivery, subcontractors and suppliers. New structure, roofing and building interfaces are being coordinated with the existing facility so that the extension can be delivered within an operating industrial site.
The work continues OCL's involvement at the site following the original factory. Careful sequencing, safe access and coordination between construction and ongoing operations remain central to the delivery.
