A complete industrial build

OCL delivered the full warehouse building at 84 Lady Ruby Drive in 2010. Located in East Tamaki, the property brings together industrial warehouse space and a street-facing office and showroom component.

The project represents OCL’s new-build factory capability, alongside its later work extending and upgrading existing industrial facilities.
