Extending an established factory
At 2 Mana Place, OCL delivered an extension to an existing factory between 2019 and 2020. The project expanded an established industrial site in Wiri rather than creating a standalone new facility.
The facility was built for automotive parts operations. The work sits within OCL’s broader experience delivering industrial buildings around the needs of their occupants.
